Bio:
Michele Meoli is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management, Information and Production Engineering at the University of Bergamo, where he teaches Financial Analysis, Fintech and Digital Finance. He is the Deputy Director of the program in Management Engineering and the Director of the CISAlpino Institute for Comparative Studies in Europe (CCSE) at the University of Bergamo and the University of Augsburg, where he coordinates the Research Group on Higher Education. Meoli was a Marie Curie Research Fellow at the Centre for Econometrics Analysis at the Cass Business School (City University, London), a visiting professor at the Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, and at the University of California – Berkeley. He was an advisor to the Italian Ministry of University and Research on Higher Education and the Right to Education. He serves as a member of the Editorial Board of the European Journal of Higher Education and the Editorial Review Board of Small Business Economics. His research interests include Corporate Governance, Corporate Finance, Academic entrepreneurship, Higher Education, and Science Policy.
