My research is centered on investigating gender disparities in academia, specifically exploring the gender
productivity gap, gender differences in research collaboration networks, and gender inequalities in
funding access within the academic realm. Leveraging a comprehensive database of academics employed
by French institutions in STEMM, Social Sciences, and Humanities, my objective is to examine these
gender gaps and discern plausible explanations. I seek to contribute nuanced insights that shed light
on the scope of these disparities, laying the groundwork for evidence-based policy recommendations to
address gender imbalances within the French academic landscape
