The law of 6 August 2004 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and amending the law of 6 January 1978 on information technology regulates the use of personal data in order to limit the risks of use that would be contrary to freedoms. Moreover, no personal information is used for purposes not intended by the user of the site. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act n°78-17 of 6 January 1978, the user has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning him/her. The user may exercise this right by contacting the webmaster. The user will find information on his rights and duties and on the protection of individual data on the site of the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés. The user of the site and related sites is required to respect the provisions of the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the violation of which is punishable by criminal penalties.
